GROUPVISION was established in 2020 is a Social Enterprise . Our social purpose is to make therapy more accessible, for those looking for therapy as well as those wanting to become therapists. A majority of any profits made will be reinvested to support this aim.


About. Alexinpink

Alex Duffield

It was established by Alexander Duffield a qualified group supervisor and accredited action learning facilitator. He has been working in private practice for over 7 years. He has a particular interest in the value of groups in supporting the work of therapists, who can feel isolated whether working in private practice or in organisations. Alex is an accredited member of the BACP and an experienced action learning facilitator accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and an active member the International Foundation for Action Learning .

About. Bonnieopenhands

Bonnie Grotjahn

Bonnie has worked in the US, Russia and the UK including:

  • Action Learning Associates – both face-to-face and virtual action learning work in charity sector
  • Psychotherapy and counselling work – over 10 years’ experience, including volunteering at a bereavement service and private practice
  • Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre and Quaker meetings – facilitated sessions with Quaker employees
  • Friends House Moscow (Quakers) – chaired international governing board of Quaker social justice project in Russia
  • The Children’s Society and Lambeth Primary Care Trust – organised and designed projects and workshops with young people and influenced local NHS service delivery
  • Alternatives to Violence Project – co-facilitated experiential workshops focusing on affirmation, communication skills and conflict transformation
  • Schools, educational summer camp and private lessons – taught Russian and English as foreign languages to children and adults; encouraged and enabled dialogue

    Lee Anna Simmons

    Lee has experience working with a range of clients: adults, children and adolescents. She has worked with organisations in the public sector, in schools and in private practice. She is and experienced and qualified clinical supervisor (groups and individuals). She has worked for charities working with torture survivors and refugees and as an advisor in related fields since 2005.

    Lee has a diploma in ‘Using the Group as the Medium for Supervision’ from the Institute of Group Analysis. She is a British Association of Art Therapists approved therapist and supervisor. Organisations can arrange for supervision to be held at their sites and individual practitioners can receive one to one or group sessions in person or online. She is based in Woolwich, south east London.
