For therapists, counsellors & psychologists

Overview

GROUPVISION was established in 2020 as a Social Enterprise. We aim promote a range of high quality, accessible and affordable opportunities for group support for therapists. Profits made are reinvested into the organisation to support this aim. We hope that this will help to improve the quality and accessibility of therapy.

For more information about how groups can be used to support therapists see ‘Setting the Scene for Creative Group Supervision and Peer Support’ . This article was first published in Private Practice, September 2020 issue, published by BACP. ©

If you are interested in joining a group and would like to join our mailing list please email us at [email protected].

    Group Coaching

What is often less well supported is the ‘business’ side of running a private practice which is the foundation for the therapeutic work we do. We offer facilitated peer support groups as a way of:

  • empowering individual therapists to tackle the issues important to them,
  • building a community of support,
  • developing group coaching skills,
  • increasing our ability to stay with not knowing &
  • enhancing reflective practice.

Bonnie Grotjahn and Alex Duffield are both qualified and experienced action learning facilitators and members of the International Foundation for Action Learning

  • Training

Initially we are setting up training focused on setting up and developing skills working in private practice. The training will be offered online. In future we hope to add further training opportunities. Please get in contact if you have a training session you would like to promote.
